Charter School
The Evergreen Studio LLC was selected in 2008 to design the new 82,472 square
foot K-12 Xavier Charter School in Twin Falls, Idaho by the school's Board of
Directors. Funding should be obtained in late 2008, followed by design work and
construction in 2009.

The Evergreen Studio LLC is proud to announce the new 31,772 square foot Retail and Office Commercial Park in Kimberly, Idaho. The first 8,000 square foot Retail building is designed and construction
began in Spring 2008.

The Buel Residence
The Evergreen Studio LLC has just finished design of a new, modern-style residence at Kanaka Rapids Ranch near Buhl, Idaho. This 3,200 square foot house features a panoramic view of the Snake River, a geo-thermal heating system, shed butterfly roofs, oakley stone
columns and fireplace-chimney, and an open and dynamic floor plan.
